Job Description

Integral Flow Equipment is a dynamic, rapidly growing Alberta-based manufacturer specializing in high-pressure integral valves, fittings, pipe, and manifold systems for the oilfield service sector. As a wholly owned subsidiary of a well-established, 35-year-old oil & gas manufacturing organization, IFE is positioned for significant expansion across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team, ideally, specializing in valves and flow control products for the oil and gas industry.

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts, prospecting new clients, and developing meaningful relationships while promoting IFE’s high-pressure equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Close New Business: Identify and develop new accounts in collaboration with leadership, targeting companies that utilize equipment within IFE’s product line.
  • Account Management: Own customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and margin optimization.
  • Market Expansion: Research and pursue new applications for IFE’s products, providing feedback to management on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Customer Solutions: Troubleshoot client challenges and recommend tailored equipment or system configurations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records via CRM, submit weekly activity reports, and track territory performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to align customer needs with IFE’s capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in oil & gas, industrial equipment, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Technical aptitude to understand high-pressure fluid systems (valves, piping, fittings, manifolds).
  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office 365, and ERP systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
