The Social Bar + Table and its sister restaurant, Twentysix, are two separate restaurants sharing an open kitchen and a talented team. The Social is a more relaxed craft beer and burger space. Twentysix, a little higher end with steak, oysters and cocktails. Both restaurants have well-curated wine lists.
The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef is second in command in the kitchen and must execute food prep, presentation and health and safety standards. In the absence of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef manages the kitchen and back-of-house team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. He/she must demonstrate an ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
